Weekend Events: Wine Stomping, Tastes of Every Neighborhood Around DC

  • Cafe du Parc at the Willard Hotel is celebrating Vendanges, the annual French wine harvest festival, on Friday, October 3rd, from 3pm – 9pm. The event will be held in the Willard courtyard just off Pennsylvania Avenue and promises to feature a wine stomp, French music and dancing, plenty of traditional French food, and nearly 40 wines available for tasting at $2 a pop.
  • Bethesda is next up on tasty neighborhood list, with their annual Taste of Bethesda this Saturday, October 4th, from 11am – 4pm. Admission is free and tasting tickets start at $5 for four tickets.  The event is located at the Woodmont Triangle in downtown Bethesda.
  • Adams Morgan had it’s day in the hot sun a few weeks ago, and now Columbia Heights will finally have its day. Columbia Heights Day will be held this Saturday at the Harriet Tubman School at 11th and Kenyon NW.
